I Ashok singh,from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh and my A/C No. is [protected], Union bank of india Golghar Gorakhpur IFSC Code UBIN 0530514 I was cancelled ticket from Travelyaari.com website on 23 November 2012.When i called the customer care they asked me to wait for 3 working days and after that lodge a complaint if not recieved the refund when I talk with Travelyaari.com and after telephonic communication they gave me details of their refund status as under

ABRS1890479 Refund on 11/23/2012 12:04:42 PM With rs 551.70 bank ref no [protected]

,After that on 2Weeks i lodged a complaint on Union bank of india Golghar Gorakhpur IFSC Code UBIN 0530514 customer care and they said i have to wait again for 15 days,i waited and then when called again they told me to wait for 2 working days and now i am feeling that they are trying to fool me .
My unrefund amount is Rs 3145.80
Till date no refund has been recieved from bank side and whenever i call they tell me to wait for another 7 working days.
I am heavily irritated due to this and need that money urgently.

Unionbank of India — correct Area not credited
I have send a written complaint regarding non Deposit correct six pay commission and demand six pay commission calculation sheet under RTI ACT which was not provid by bank . due to negiegency of bank i have unable to get my correct six pay family pension Arear. several time i have request to Deposit my arear correctly but same was not deposited and calculation sheet of Arear . please provide.Dt.14.12.2008
