Dear Sir, I hold UNIT TRUST OF INDIA-CHILDREN'S COLLEGE AND CAREER FUND UNIT PLAN -1993(CCCF-93) - membership No.[protected] in the name of my daughter S SRINIDHI dated 02.02.2000, the applicant for the above investment being Mr. T S Ramaswamy, my father. We received statements upto 11.08.2003, at the address given in application form ie. 3/346 VASANTHA VIHAR, Thilak Nagar, Iyer Banglow, Madurai 625014. However, We have shifted our residence to Chennai in 2006 and our Present address is as follows No.5, OM Apartments 686, 46th Street, 9th Sector Chennai 600 078.
