I had a terrible experience with Unit Trust Of India. They do not focus on customer needs at all. I felt ignored and unimportant. The staff seemed inexperienced and could not answer my questions properly

They made me get a Pan Card. I supplied copies of my passport, copies of certificates, proof of address etc. Now they do not reply to my emails. It seems they want to cheat me out of my dividends which I have not received for...

My sister is holding the following Units in her name
Mastershare Plus Unit Scheme 1991- 500 Units
UTI Mastergain 1992 - 500 Units

Due to marriage her nationality is changed. The certificates are in Physical form.

need your guidance on how to proceed further for encashment of these units. If required and possible I can get the same trnsferred to my name

My father has invested in various schemes o[censored]ti in 1990. I called many times on customer care number o[censored]tibut they did not pay any heed to that. I also called agent from whom why father had purchased that units but he is saying that he leaves uti a long ago. It the responsibility of the uti to call his clients or send an anuual statements to his all clients who invested in their schemes. I want to redeem my units. Kindly help....

I have CGGF-1986 scheme 410 units, as my Maternal Uncle purchased 100 units initially at the time of my birth, now how to redeem these scheme unit as I come to know that these units have been converted into ARS bonds.

I possessed the original Bond Certificate of CGGF-1986 and all annual statement up to the year 2002.
