Dear Sir,

I have 720 unti master share for which I am not getting the divident for last 6-7 yrs . This is due to change of address. My pervious address was : 19 Jelia para Lane , Kolkata-700012 . I have intimated UTI investor services thru letter and telephone a number of times but the change of address are still to be incorporated . My current address for last 10 yrs is
