[Resolved]  Unit Trust Of India Rajlakshmi Unit Plan (Ii) [rup (Ii) ] (Clause Xi) — Status of this scheme

Sir,
My uncle Mr. Dinesh Rao Katpadi had invested Rs. 1500 in Rajlakshmi Unit Plan II in the name of his daughter Arpita D. Rao. Following are the details.

1) 150 units @ Rs. 10 per unit amounting to Rs. 1500
2) Cheque no. 679366 dated 13.03.1995 of State Bank of Hyderabad
3) Acknowledgement sr. no.[protected] dated 13.03.1995
4) Agent's name: Mr. Manish K. Gandhi, YP - 1722, Padampura, Aurangabad 431005
5) UTI Branch / Collection Centre: Mr. D. R. Kapadia, Chief Representative of Dist. Aurangabad and Jalna, UTI

However after above payment, the unit certificate was not received even after close follow up. There are copies of such letters. Now Mr. Dinesh Rao expired recently and his survivors need financial assistance very much. They have aproached me to help out in this matter. As a first step I have posted this request in the net and seek advise from the concerned on how to proceed on this matter. Kindly respond.
