[Resolved]  Unitech Limited — Non-return of Principle for Fixed Deposit

FDR B080906, Folio 096827, Deposit period 28 Oct 2010 to 28 Oct 2011 amount Rs. ten lakhs.
Receipt duly discharged sent by courier and received by FD Dept. on 10th Oct. TDS certificate also not sent as yet!!
In spite of repeated reminders and emails, there has been no response. Toll free number gives the standard excuse 'our executives are busy, please contact later'.

Absolutely no response to emails and reminders!!

Looks like you just love to hold on to other's money illegally. We are left no option but to refer this to Consumer Forum and Unfair trade Practices forum.
