United National Packers and Movers — Pathetic services

I recently used this company to shift my household goods from Mumbai to Delhi. Everything was fine till the packing and interaction in Mumbai, however, as soon as mu stuff reached Delhi, they started acting funny. I asked them to keep it in their warehouse for a couple of days, which was also mentioned to the executive who had come to give the quote, but then was told it will be absolutely fine, no extrac charges apart from storage @ INR 50/- day. The truth was, they charged me INR 2500/- for something called 'Local Delivery', then they charged INR 1000/- as "Labour' all of which was initially part of the proposal. The executives were also very rude. My mattress became dirty and the fridge has 2 scrathes and a dent. Some crockery was also broken in the process. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

United National Packers and Movers — Non-committal to Service

I have a great complaint about this Company: "UNITED NATIONAL PACKERS and MOVERS".

This Company is shifting my house-hold belongings from Mumbai to Jamshedpur. The Party committed that it would be done within 7 to 8 days.

I paid all amount (100%) in advance and the materials were packed and loaded in Mumbai on 14.04.2009 as per the Consignment No: DS 105 dated 14.04.2009.

But even today (after 14 days), there is no wherabouts of the materials at destination (Jamshedpur). All the concerned contact no (of the Company):[protected]/29 and Mob: [protected] are responding callously. Their Service Tax Regn No: AFNPC4397NST001

Some stringent actions need to be taken against this Company.

United National Packers and Movers — Worst Service and steal Things

Hi,
This is venkatesan, i have selected the United National Packers and movers to shift my things from chennai to pune. The executive who interacted with me said like your things will be safely delivered and there will not be any damage and you can be relaxed. They have got 90% of the payment in chennai while packing itself. They have dragged atleast a week from the delivery date to deliver the things. They called and got rest of the amount from me and said like only then we can deliver the things. i had even settled them. Even then they didnt deliver the things. After a long conversation they delivered it.

They have kept all the things in the ground floor and almost all 50% of the things are broken and they went replying like " we are not responsible for your things and we charge only for transportation" . I beg all the peoples, Please never ever use this "United National Packers and Movers" for any of your Service. We struggled a lot with a small kid. Please dont get into that situation.

I can even produce the bill number if you need it.
