I sent my Luggage by above company and paid additional Rs. 12,000 as 3% of sum assured towards transit insuranse of goods but actually they did not give any insuranse papers and I think they did not get insuranse done from any insuranse company.
My luggage got damaged during transport and now United packers arenot responding to my mails and rather they use abusing language on talking to them.

I recently used this company to shift my household goods from Mumbai to Delhi. Everything was fine till the packing and interaction in Mumbai, however, as soon as mu stuff reached Delhi, they started acting funny.
