I sent my Luggage by above company and paid additional Rs. 12,000 as 3% of sum assured towards transit insuranse of goods but actually they did not give any insuranse papers and I think they did not get insuranse done from any insuranse company.
My luggage got damaged during transport and now United packers arenot responding to my mails and rather they use abusing language on talking to them.
There had been one and half month passed and because of having damaged washing machine, fridge, furniture etc..the discomfort I have and that company should compensate me for discomfotr as well as for actual goods damaged Was this information helpful? | 
United National Packers and Movers — Company based on Cheating and full of Cheaters
My sister had booked some house-hold items to be transported from Noida to BBSR as she was shifting from Noida. The booking was done towards 20th of June(dont remember the exact date). It was all done with a promise from the company officials that the things would reach within 20 days max. But then those idiotic personnel kept on delaying things and still are... Whenever I called up, they would say 'Sir, samaan apka 5th day ko pahunch jayegaa.' This was the usual line which i used to hear almost every time i called up. The guy with the name Rajneesh is a sure shot crook. he dint recieve my calls anymore. One fine day, somebody answered the call and said "Sir, iska payment nahi hua hai"... i felt like slapping him then n there.. then they again discusssed it amongst themselves and i heard the same lines again...Not to be outdone, I called up their Mumbai Office and a guy named Ramesh Choudhury assured me that the delivery would be made within the next 4 days. I waited as he was the area manager( atleast he called himself so)... Still no signs of the delivery... I called up again ... and again... and always got to hear some other voice saying "ramesh is not here... gone to a nearby place...please leave your message"... I have become frustrated with this so called professionalism of the company... then i again called up Rajneesh and the crook finally said "Abhi tak pahuncha nahi hai aapka samaan" with a surprise... "sir mai follow up karta hun... bbsr to pahunch gaya hai aapka samaan" then he said ek company hai MRC which is having all ur goods, they would deliver ur goods... when i asked for their contact number, he alwyas played games and never divulged the details... When somehow, i usedf my contacts n talked to MRC, they said they have never recieved anything and they dont do such inter-company transportation... Is their anybody to listen to this complain and really act on it??
