University of Delhi — Extra Bill by Airtel Cellular no action taken till now

Dear Sir
I, Vinod Kumar, have Airtel no. [protected].
I had lot of telephonic discussion with customer care, they told me that my number renewed for 3 years only on advance rentle Rs 999/- without scheme and without my permission and still it has validity till July 2010. I requested many times to make new bill without advance rentle and i want to change it into Prepaid but they had not done till now and bill increased lot. Now they stopped outgoing calls.
This is their fault and now they not considered above thing.
Please resolve this matter ASAP so that i can pay my bill according to perfect charges.
