Hey Everyone,

This message is to all my friends who are already or are thinking of getting associated with www.unlimitedindiacalling.com

I have been a customer with that service for a good 3 months...and apart from getting bad customer service...not able to make calls with account being 'flagged' most of the times...and also with abrupt disconnections while on call...I was using the service simply coz I was promised of getting UNLIMITED MINUTES TO 15 REGISTERED PHONE NUMBERS to india...

Well, I was with this basic monthly plan of $39.95 + Tax... And before signing up for the service I was constantly stressing on one query I had... Are the minutes really UNLIMITED and the agent would go...YES...no bounds to 15 numbers... and when for the first time I experienced difficulty accessing the service...I called up the customer service and after being on hold for about 20 mins ... I get this answer saying that my account would be active in abt 3 hrs...and then I would wait and wait and finally it would come up...after about 30 hours or so...

Well..I had to call these guys every now and then, ...as my service would be flagged every Saturday and then there was no cust. service on Sundays...so I was stuck with the issue for the Sunday...and then when I call on Monday...they say that the support team is looking up the issue...

All of this was of minor botheration to me ...as I was assured that my account has UNLIMITED MINUTES to 15 different numbers to India...

I had even asked the agent...abt the terms on their website and they say that the terms are just to give a customer a feel of it...but are not stringent...

This has been going on and on...and now the whole issue is THEY CHARGE MY CARD FOR THIS BILLING CYCLE...AND THE NEXT DAY CANCEL MY SERVICE AND NOW WILL NOT REACTIVATE THE SERIVCE AND ALSO WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE CHARGE...

coz I have exceeeded the usage amount of minutes...

I am so sorry I did not read this post. Unlimited India Calling is a FRAUD. They charged my account AFTER I cancelled it. They will not refund, nor give me service for remaining month. Their website is horrible. Their call center is hopeless. I bet you can never find a supervisor and the agents know nothing.
I got cheated and lost money to these cons.
If you are any wise: STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
If you don't, You will learn your lesson.

Pathetic service..these guyz provided me with a long distance number instead of local number to make calls to India. I'm in Richmond BC. They provided me wid the Edmonton number to call India. I paid a hefty bill because of their mistake.

Never ever go for their service.
I have agree to above statement. I have order service but service is great but what they promise is not that great. I am trying to cancel the service but their call center are horrible to reach some reps. Also they promise that you will recevied $300 gas rebate in the mail which i did not recevied it also when you call them they don't even give correct information. I would not recommand anyone to use this service.

Yes, I am a victim o[censored]nlimitedindiacalling too. The only difference is, I am from UK and the website is unlimitedindiacalling.co.uk. But it is the same company.

For the friends who are reading this post of mine, DO NOT, I repeat, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN up with this cheap frauds. They are the worst online company in the world.

All I could say for the friends who are reading this comment is please follow what I did to save your hard earned money from these cheap frauds.

I was too billed for the whole month cycle and the next day they cancelled the service. No refund given, no reply from their Support team. Finally received a VERY VERY RUDE reply from them again asking for my credit card details and my permission authorising them to bill me if I wanted to continue to get their service.

They have no email manners, no courtesy, they have treated me like I am a culprit, like I have done a criminal mistake and like I should be hanged for my mistake and as if, it is lucky I have escaped from court case.

Their email was like as if, if they find me they would spit on my face for the criminal mistake I have done.

Please please my dear friends, do not fall for their cheap faudelent tricks.

This is what I did to get my mkoney back.

I called in my credit card company (I have a HSBC Master Card), reported the company 'Unlimitedindiacalling' as a fraud company, explained to them what has happened, and requested to take imeediate action.

This is waht I got back from my credit card company;

The agent patiently listened to me, filled a fraud compaint against 'Unlimitedindiacalling', said to me that HSBC Master Card will file a fraudulent Criminal case gainst the company as per UK legislations and will get the money back.
But the HSBC Mastercard refunded the money to me volunturly and said that they would claim the money back from 'unlimitedindiacalling' through legal source.
So, nice of them.

Well, I got my money back. But still, an other important thing to note, the HSBC cancelled my existing Mastercard for security reasons and provided me a brand new card with more credit limit to it as a courtesy completely free of charge.

So, nice of them again.

In UK, the credit card companies and banks are completely user friendly and they support only us. None of the banks or credit card companies charge any extra money for a new replacement with different numbers on them.

Only by changing the credit card you can stop this frauds getting access to your credit card.

Please, please dear friends, do change your credit cards immediately and claim for a refund from your credit card company, file a complaint against 'unlimitedindiacalling' and the rest your bank would take care of.

I am not sure about the procedures in US. But this is the procedure in UK and it applies to all the banks and all the credit card companies here in UK.

Those how posted messages on this site I am with Unlimited India Calling Managment . I can understand that so much time is taken to post this message but if the complete truth is given then only it is the right thing for a person with any dignigty and honesty should post here.

Saurab who has posted long message with chatting with an agent and who is upset becasue his account is cancled he omit mention to that he is sharing the account and is in violation of terms which are clearly laid out . There is never an instance where customer is charged and not provided service . Unlimited service if he wanted to use it not for personal use or for sharing then he should have signed up for that plan . What he wanted to do is signup for a personal plan and then misuse it.

Rakesh who claim we are fraud - never canceled the service but when he continued the usage after renewal and then wanted to cancel and get refund after renewal and using the service . If any business will run like this will be losing money because customers like this have no set way of even following the terms. They think that they should make the terms as they wish . If service is canceled in the terms provided there is no reason for not refunding. It is just a routine .

Garry - I personally remember him the customer who lives in Canada does not know which number is local to him. It makes no difference to us to give him Richmond number or edmonton number . The custmer claims it cost him to dial to the access number and wanted some large amount approx $200 . Now it is never our responsibility or task to see which is local or not if you call Richmond number form USA it will be long distance we have no way to tell where and how he called . We offered him the correct number but he demanded money so we are in no psoition to hand out money to people who just say pay us . He is upset because we will not handout moeny to him just because he asks with no verification .

Dhaval - Canceling the service is a selfservice feature provided in your account login. If the cusotmer does not do that than they have to call and sometime depends on the time of the day may have to be on hold for 10 mins . We take cancelation on Phone, from Myaccount and by email . What else we can do . As far as $300 gas certificate it was emailed to him I think he did not take the trouble to check his spam mail also . In any case who ever has called or written us we have replaced it with a new one . When a cusotmer calls if we dont give correct info we are at loss not the cusotmer as you will call again or cancel. So anything he is saying does not make sense


Shiva - from UK who is again does not understand that how things work and taking this much time to write here . What he has done is cancel after the account is renewed and also deleted all his own information in the system Credit card Numbers and his info . How can we refund a customer even if we want to if all information is deleted by him so we ask him to give his credit card nubmer to refund him and he did not want to give that . Even though he used the services after renewal and then canceled Unlimited India calling agreed to give full refund but we can not give refund if no info is available . I think he got the credit card for the first time and does not konw that rest of the world already has credit card and knows how to use it .

I never renewed or never opted for a higher plan. All i requested is a cancellation through email, telephone and through online means. All three available means.

But they have cacelled it, but charged my credit card and asked me to pay more by ORDERING me RUDLEY through email to send in an authorisation signature again to charge my credit card to re- activate their account.

Do not, I repeat, please kindly DO NOT fall in for these CHEAP FRAUDS.

But, the truth is everyone of them have problem with them and many of my friends who subscribed to this fraud company cancelled their subscription after knowing the truth that these people are fraud.

This name cheat is also a type of online cheating trend.

Do any of you in your life time had a lady friend who is an Indian born having the name as arlene or marion?

Think, just think. This itself would give you an idea about the company. If you need more proof call to this company call centre yourself and you will be speaking to an young Indian lady with pure Indian Mumbai english accent but with a fancy english christian name!

Try for yourself and see.
If you ask them what is your real name they would say, 'we are not allowed to say that sir'!!!

Why this name change? Is it to look fancy? Is to to attract customers? What is the use of this fancy english name change? All your customers are gonna be desi's they would easily identify your accent.

I was thinking to go for this service for calling my family in india, but after looking at such a long post I am very very much confused. I was also in doubt earlier how can they provide unlimited talk to india in such low rate, but I'm getting the feeling that Saurabh and others could be right. Also one thing I am still unable to understand and may be David can answer to it, out of so many customers how did he managed to find the details about Shiva, Saurabh, Dhaval without even knowing additional details (account number or anything else) about them. I am not sure how he did that, but if he has so many customers to me it looks magic that he found details about them so quickly w/o any details. Anyway I have now decided to not to switch as of now.

I agree for the complaints Logged by all the people. UnlimitedIndiaCalling is a company that is running the scam with aledged Hackers to get the credit card numbers of the western contries people. They should be Banned from service locations. They don't have any physical address in USA or UK. They must reveal there business address so that we could take them to court. Specially the mangement person Mr.David himself admit that he cannot pay or cannot service the people. There email address and response are already Flagged as Spam by most of the reputed email clients.

Summary: Don't take any connection from UnlimitedIndiacalling. If you are taking then you are on your own. They are try to cheat Indian People and getting there hard earned money into Ponzi funds to start other Illigitimate business.

I have been using this service from UK for less than a month.The service was working fine for last 10 days but then I dont know what these bloody have done, the service is not working. Its disconnecting and giving a message "your account is not ready yet". I called up their customer service(which is bhogus and fraud) as they cannot speak english but use an english name like Ruth, Steeve etc. They promised me that the service will come back to normal within 2 hours. Ha ha whenever I call them they tell " we having some technical difficulties and would be normal within 2-3 hours". Everyday they tell the same. So I am really fed up. I will block the debit card they are using and order a new card from my bank, so that these bustards cannot take any money. If they would have given a better service, then they could have earned a lot as 1000s of people are greedily looking for a service like this. Wish you best of luck Unlimited India Calling.com as you will soon have to close your company when UK/USA police will take the case in hand. Be carefull! I am warning you.

Vonage plan is superb. Its a very old and reputed company and not a fraud like this one. Try it out, I am using it and found it really good. If any one need a referance to get first 2 months for free you can mail me I'll send you my Vonage number since I dont want to disclose it in public.
