US 64 bonds — Non encashment in spite of its submission on 28.5.2008

Reference : My invest No Id no. 28936109 of Rs 24000.
Though the bond in original was submitted to your Hyderabad Office at Bank Street on 28 May, a receipt for which I possess, I have not yet got hte cash in my bank a/c nor any intimation about it. On personal query at the Hyderabad office o[censored]TI Technological Services, bank Street, I was told last week that the same was despatched ot us on 6th June. But till date this has neither reached me nor my bank of Mysore at Kondapur, Hyderabad. Please let me know the reason behind the delay and the present position.

Obviously, I am not getting any reply or matured money agst my 186 bonds, since the last letter dt 10.9.08, asking to apply for duplicate cert issue by indemnity bond on Rs 50 bond paper, notary etc etc

I have send Bond certificate no.1533258 in original by dak to "The administrator of specified undertaking of the UTI Mumbai.Registrar uti investor services limited plot no.3 sector 11CBD belapur navi Mumbai 400614" on 20/09/08 same was acknowledged by you .Same got matured on 01/06/08. But it is regreted to inform you that payment of same have not yet recieved till date.
