Dear sir,


This has reference to my earlier complained dated 27.10.2008 lodge by me on yr. sit.Till dated no replied received means yr. company not interested to short out my complained. My complain is:- On Sunday 26.10.2008 I visited US Pizza near to my home at Maninagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and order to unlimited pizza 145. We are Five-person incl. of one child and billing for Rs.679/-. and I asked discount 10% (having a voucher valid up to 31.12.2008) but not allowed and informed me once bill was print-out 10% discount not allowed, and also inf. to give you discount at yr next visit. Why i am visit next time and again i loose my money. It' s your mistake to print out the bill and yr. system is not allowed it's not my mistake i am already inf. before taking the seat and inf. to deliver boy, even that it's happened and loss my money. Please clarify why not given me discount for 10% if i am having a discount voucher. That means yr. Company given false promise and cheats the peoples by advertisement. Kindly, justify and clarify my money value Awaiting your replied. I[censored] is not give replied within 24 hr. i lodge my complainer to customer care dept.

This has been a frequent problem of NEW MANAGER AT BHARUCH-GUJARAT. Many people are not satisifed with his uneassy behaviour. This has been conveyed to the regional manager (South Gujarat) Mr.OLIVER DISAUSA also but then also no improvement is there and this kind of behaviour can not be tolerated in service industries.

This is for your referance that this franchise/outlet belongs to Dr. PITALIA of BHARUCH-GUJARAT.

kindly bat an eyelid and do the needful inthis matter.

I called on their toll free number at 10.15 p.m. on the 30th of May, 2011 & there was someone by the name of PRASANNA. He said that due to too many orders they are not willing to take more orders 7 there will be no home delivery. I think they are not interested in the business.

I again called up to compalin on the 31st & somebody told me that there was some problem in their system and hence the order was not taken.

Also they do not have a proper customer care.
