Recently, new outlet opened in banswara, rajasthan.
I tried pizza, fries, masala lemon,
The pizza is so bad in taste, i think it was not cooked well, only flour with veggies, no taste at all.
And fries have no crunch at all, this type of fries we eat at home, why go to us pizza,
Masala lemon like no masala at all,
Only water with sugar cyrup.
Its not like the taste of brand like us pizza.
Worst experience.

Stale salad, worst service cheap quality pizza served in unlimited segment

Respected sir/ ma'm
On 19/06/18 evening, we visited us pizza @ gondal, rajkot-360311. It was horrible to see that food quality and taste was so poor, even street lari wala woud make better quality pizza. Salad was totaly stale, we talked to staff regaring this with no reply, pizza was so hard and literary "oily"that it was easliy recongnisable as rebacked. Even browny was smelling so weird. This outlet is night mare for pizza lovers and surely giving bad name to us pizza.

I visited us pizza at naranpura, ahmedabad, gujarat for a parcel service where i was carrying a coupon code which i had already confirmed with the manager mr. Naveen patel that it will be validated.
When i showed them the coupon the manager started denying that this coupon is not valid here and when we asked him why he started abusing and behaving rudely.
I was accompanied by my elder sister and when she said that you already confirmed the coupon why are you denying he charged towards her to beat her up without any type of misbehavior from our end. We were continuously asking them for the reason and the manager ended up saying i am the decision maker here. He also added that my name is naveen patel and you can do whatever you want no one can even touch me here.
We were calmly trying to have a conversation but that guy was being aggressive and rude.

Request you to take strict action against the manager else i'll file a police complaint against mr. Naveen patel, restaurant manager at us pizza, naranpura, ahmedabad.

I am reglar customer for us pizza. Today i have going with my family i have order soup hot and sour that is ur main menu. I have told boy and i am say tell ur manager come her i tell him u have given me ur running menu so i have place order. I don't know he say me that is menu i like other wise go another place. Yesterday we visited us pizza in bhuj for dinner. When we take salad the quality is very poor. Corns look like unhygienic and taste is too bad. When we complained about it the manager said we can't do anything you have to it. Behavior of staff is very rude to customers. They replied us this type of food will be served and all people eat and you have to eat.

In reference to our family visit to u s pizza, navsari (Gujarat) operated by mr. Sanjay agrawal on dated 9th september 2017, it was among the worst experience ever.

The garlic bread served were with drop of cheese on it instead of cheese spreader on it. The toppings on the pizza too were not enough.in spite of repeated complaint to the manager available there, there were no corrective action. The behavior of staff were very rude. Since last few months we found that the food and service are detouring day by day at u s pizza, navsari.

We just want to highlight this issue just for the corrective action to be taken by you to maintain the reputation o[censored] s pizza intake.

I have ordered pizza online and it was not received due to your branch in efficiency and since last 8 months i am continuously following up with branch and branch manager but till date i have not received refund for the same. I m giving online order of Margaret pizza with green chilli, from Rathi hospital Jodhpur cross road which is 1.9 km far from Vastrapur outlet and approximate 1 km from shivranjani outlet but both outlet person ignore for home delivery contact person beena told me to come and bring it from outlet, if the company offering home delivery within 4 km than this is very poor service and miss guidance to customers

US Pizza Navrangpura, Ahmedabad branch manager was behaving like gundas, we visited the restaurant last week, they served us cold drinks in unlimited package which was extra chargable, they didn't inform us and charged it on bill, when we talked to manager, he said "kya problem hai tera, paise nahi hai tere pass". This guys are totally uneduated and dont know how to talk to customers.

I have tasted pizza from ur pizza unlimited from vidhaya nagar branch. this is my worst experience in having pizza herw..the quality if the pizza is low and pizza dove is very elastic .i have complained about it to the store manager. he is least bothered to take care of the service and quality of the pizza. the most inefficient store manager.i have asked the person to get it replaced instead i was served agin the way which i got first time...the worst pizza ..please i request you to take severe action against the store manager...low quality tissues and poor quality food.

The quality of pizza is so bad that nobody would pay so much for it. The salad was of old dated. The plates were not properly washed. Same kind of pale dishes. The food serving was having hair strands in it. Really worst pizza was given to us. Also the owner was owner of the franchise was so harsh that he not even bothered to listen to our complaints. He acted as if nothing was happened.

Hi Date : 17th Jan 2016. I had gone for lunch at US Pizza. soup was not available but waiter told that soup will be coming within minutes, than after 1 hour he told soup is not available. there was only once waiter, and pizza was served after 15 to 20 minutes and we have wait a lot. Waiter name was jayu. Manager was not available whenever we went to US Pizza. Waiter give me manager name like Tiwari. we call me to manager but he didn't give any satisfied answer . After it once cook or waiter come and introduced him self as a manager, but actually he wasn't. he was misbehaving with us. He was not including discount coupon and was insulting and misbehaving. on US pizz's website there is nothing like customer care. very bad service.

We five people had lunch buffet today on 13th Jan, 2016 in US Pizza Outlet at Velankani Drive, Electronics City Phase 1, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100. In the continental salads, we found dead insects and reported to the stores manager. Latcer in the supplied non-veg pizza, we found hair, which was reported to stores manager again, but his blank & sorry face will not justify the inferior quality of the food served. its more alarming on the quality checks and working conditions of the outlets of Big business houses in India. The concerned authorities should ensure strict inspection methods and need to stringent punishments against culprit. there is no question of chaltha hein attitude on the quality of food. We need to know how to report on the management as they should consider why they need to continue such outlets where there is no quality standards are met.

This has reference to my earlier complained dated 27.10.2008 lodge by me on yr. sit.Till dated no replied received means yr. company not interested to short out my complained. My complain is:- On Sunday 26.10.2008 I visited US Pizza near to my home at Maninagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and order to unlimited pizza 145. We are Five-person incl. of one child and billing for Rs.679/-. and I asked discount 10% (having a voucher valid up to 31.12.2008) but not allowed and informed me once bill was print-out 10% discount not allowed, and also inf. to give you discount at yr next visit. Why i am visit next time and again i loose my money. It' s your mistake to print out the bill and yr. system is not allowed it's not my mistake i am already inf. before taking the seat and inf. to deliver boy, even that it's happened and loss my money. Please clarify why not given me discount for 10% if i am having a discount voucher. That means yr. Company given false promise and cheats the peoples by advertisement. Kindly, justify and clarify my money value Awaiting your replied. I[censored] is not give replied within 24 hr. i lodge my complainer to customer care dept.
