[Resolved]  USB modem — Not in use -- does not work

I am writing after my pathetic experience with datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com for [protected] relaince USB modem, that has never worked. When I took I used for some time, After experincing extremly slow connnectivity I stoppped using that. I met relaice outlet at Nehru Place, to discontinue the connetion. I paid all me bills regularly. I asked them to stop the services and written email to them.
I did not hear any response from them. These people I am sure keep generating bills and do not listen to customer complaints. I have extremely BAD experience with relaince and would not advise to anyboby to use this. Its like a tortured experince with them.

Complaint — yet time not receive vcard

I have submeeted complaint second time by e, mail since one month back october-08 there for not recieved voter id cards myself & my family members i has two time submeet form for voter identity card first time january-08 in sdm office geeta colony @second time our colony in govt school in pandav nagar delhi 92 but this is very sameless service by govt. not include names in voter list not recieved identity cards i requiest to you sir pls solve my problems note my house address

usb modem — no provide full network

I have a usb modam. but not provide proper network as like 43% and 48% so i can not use of net utiility.
plz cheqe this probs and give me soon your feedback.

USB modem — window7 driver

i have a tata indicom cdma 1x usb modem and i have installed windows 7 in my laptop though i installed all the drivers for the modem it still shows modem driver is not installed but the modem is installed as i see it in the device manager pls help me wit tis.

usb modem — Discontinuing while in Connect Mode

Net Service has been discontinuing while in Connect Mode which disturbs me in completing one job. Kindly make the service continuing while in connect Mode immediately.

USB modem — Complaint regarding providing wrong information to the customer

Hi,

I am Shraddha Singi.
I had taken the USB Modem(vCard) in June 2010.
No. [protected]
I had initially got 5 months free subscription of internet.
But my modem was not working since from 2 months ago.
I had visited to the TATA INDICOM office in solapur.
They have told me to continue for 1 month to complete the 6 month usage and it is compulsory to do that.
But if my device not working why should I continue?
I have contacted Customer Care and they have given me the information that there is no such compulsion to use and I can stop my billing at ant time..
and I have now received the bill of 310 rupees.
I am not going to pay that bill.
Please take some action.

USB modem — no signal

there is no conectivity on the device and the signal strenth is also too week, also there is no pin nnumber provided with the user guuide for the relaince netconnect which the program is asking for activation of the device. this is too disgusting and felt very helpless at the time when i need to start with. do revert on ([protected]@gmail.com). thanks, ritesh dave.
