[Resolved]  Usha Brita Water Purifier — Non Performance / No after sales Service

I had purchased a set o[censored]SHA BRITA Water purified Cartridge from a Jayanagar Approved Dealer , but the said cartridge got blocked within a mont ( Much before the Gurranted Time), so complained through this site and wrote to their site, one person from the Bangalore Office vistited and seen the product - agreed that the product is 'faulty" and will be given replacement, but never came up with the replacement supply when called the Branch Manager - he came and seen the faulty product , rather than giving the replacement he pleaded for buying their another product.
When the Company fails to give replacement for the FAULTY product .. How come the expect that the same customer will buy some product from them??- is not understood.
I caution ALL CUSTOMERs -NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF (USHA Brita) this Company
