Water Purifier — Non availability of service from the franchisee
We are (SIDBI) having AMC with you for maintenance of 15 units NOVA water purifiers. The Contract receipt No. AG 96B 14667945. The AMC is in force. Despite timely renewal of the AMC from our side by paying the applicable amount, no service has been rendered by your technician / local representative for more than 2 years now. Our effort to reach the local service centre has failed. Either not attending or the telphone number does not exisit[protected] / 2234592 / 4089400).
I just wonder what type of company is Eureka Forbes.
