[Resolved]  Usha Brita Water Purifier — Not attending the complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a customer o[censored]sha Brita water purifier since a long time & I have the annuan maintanance aggrement with the company till December'2009. I am getting the error in the display is :CHANGE CARTIGE" . I have already complaint the same in the local contact no[protected] to Ms. Gopa. and following up the same since last 15 days but no one is visited in my address.

Kindly look into this matter for the resolution.
