Sir, I purchased a USHA 230mm Dynamo fan on 25/5/10,The fan got dead on 24/3/11 n is lying at the dealers shop from 2 months.The dealer is saying that the CO. Is not giving approval for the repair/replacement of the fan,after making several complaints I had a chat with Mr.Vivek Babbar &Mr.Anil Verma in the service dept. but to no avail.Mr.Verma insisted on some S.No. Isuues n despite making several requests denied any help further shouted that he would take full care for the non replacement till he is in the co. I hereby request u to come to my remedy n get my fan replaced n teach a lesson to beureucrats like Mr.Vema.Waiting for a favourabe response.
