[Resolved]  Usha International — service request id : cc[protected] cooler fan broke down in just 2 months and running condition damaged water tank as well

It's clearly a manufacturing defect. My kind request to look into this matter on highest priority and at the earliest.

So what happened, the cooler was running and in running codition Fan broke into two pieces and at high speed these pieces collided with the water tank surface and damaged the water tank as well.
