Today I received max air usha pedestal fan but some parts are missing...

I am reaching out to them from last one month to repair my jar, but they mentioned the parts needs to replace and not available currently and I need to wait. Everything when I call them there answer are same. There customer support are talking very rudely. There are not providing any solution and my food processor is in warranty

The primary cover of the FP 3811 Food Processor collapsed and broke. According to the advertisement, this cover is strong and unbreakable. Does this cover have a replacement option?

I attempted to file an online complaint, however even after completing all the fields, an error message appears (screenshot attached). tried a different browser, but it didn't work.

The outside cracked lid has to be replaced as soon as possible because it constantly scratches our hands when we use it.

Complaint no CC[protected] registered on 11 Jan 24 but after picking the PCB on 12 Jan 24 nobody turned back .
I have done multiple calls to customer care but all is vain .
Can anyone will look into this matter and support to close on top priority.

Usha services are very pathetic .

Sir I have purchase on line Usha Umbrella Sewing machine Craft Master. Delivered today. But sewing is not performing properly.

I have invoice of the usha geyser purchased on[protected]. Now water started leaking from geyser and informed service center they confirmed that tank needs to be replaced I have warranty on tank but they ask for warranty card and say invoice is not valid how do I claim warranty please help

I have Deep Fryer model 3215 supplied by Usha International, it is over 5 year old not in any warrante. I require the heater element for the same which seems to have been damaged somehow. By calling Usha i am not getting any suitable reply. Please confirm if this item can be serviced or not.

I made a complaint for Water Heater issue on 6th Oct23. The engineer came and pasted a sticker for replacement in few days. When reached to shop for replacement from where it was purchase and it came to notice that the shop is permanently closed. The story starts post that.

Called USHA care support for further support from where they have shared many contact numbers which are either non-operational or declined by the executive to address the issue. Post few more day calls got the numbers of dealers which are 40-60 KMS away from my residence. I agreed to travel to get the product replaced and then again came to know that the product has been discontinued. Its known by dealers but USHA support isn't aware and keep saying it's still not been discontinued as its reflecting on website. Not a good business practice.

There is another product in store, and I am doing regular follow-ups with no issue at my end to get the product replaced under warranty. Its 25th of oct. which is 20th day of my complaint raised. temperature has fall to such extent that water heater is a must but unfortunately there is no clue against final product replacement.

I bought a fan from Raju enterprises 2 months ago and since past 10 days its not working. i lodged a complaint on 17th Oct and its more than a week since anyone came for service. This is pathetic support Usha such a long running company is giving... Please let me know when the problem will be resolved...

This is very disappointing and pathetic that, I am not getting proper service from neither Usha nor the associated allyes. I bought a water room cooler a month ago but it is not working because of its tank is dropping and power switch miss. I have logged calls and followed many times but no one is taking responsibility. After multiple follow ups and raising this complaint

I had purchased 4 fans, 2fans having issues. Both are too much sound and not working in full speed. So kindly I request to you please send Technician for warranty service.

I had purchased 4 fans from Karaikal on 8 months back. 2 fans having too much sound and not running full speed. Kindly I request to you, please send technicians for warranty service.

I had purchased a ceiling fan in jan, and the fan is not working in April. Within 3months product is not working. Starting from may registered multiple service request. Everytime service person closes the ticket saying no response on call or service done. Even after 2months couldn't get any service. Vry bad product and very bad service.
Never ever going to buy Usha product

Dear USHA Customer, your complaint no IC[protected] is assigned to Mr K VINAY GOUD, [protected] . I got these details but nobody contacted me so far. When I tried reaching on the given number no one picked up the call. I tried customer care number twice with hrs gap and they are not helpful. They gave one service center number which is temporarily out of service. Very bad customer service, highly dissatisfied. If I don’t get support in next 24hrs I’m want to return the product.

I have raised request with Usha for the food processor repair with complaint no CC[protected] on 21st June, till no there is no update from Usha regarding the complaint, I was called by technician with number [protected] stating that the food processor has motor issue and it will be replaced within 2days, but so far nothing has happened and heis not even receiving my calls.

Please consider this as urgent and look into issue it's been already 10 days.

Given usha induction model no CJI350WPC to your authorised service centre in Ambala Cantt 133001 haryana. For replacement of PCB.
Even 5 days past. . The PCB has not been delivered to service centre.
