On 30/04/12 I have bought a USHA Air cooler (TC 3220, Model no.[protected] from Metro Cash and Carry stores Moosapet, Hyderabad. we have hardly used the product for just 3 days and it started giving troubles. The motor was giving hell lot of sounds and water stopped pumping. i have rasied a complaint on 06/05/12 and told that rep will attend in 2days. but no one visited .i called call center again and they sent rep. As per the rep the productcan not be repaired here and need to be sent to service center. After too many back and forth mails calls they finally replaced a New- product after 5 days. i was completelt fed up wriring too many mails and calling couple of ten times. and each time i call a new person will attend the call and i need to tell the whole story from the begining.
And the new product is also stopped working now. i hv raised a complaint but no action was taked till today. And i think the product is use less and i hve no patience to chase usha anymore. please refung the entire money i have paid for this. and tkae you product back. Usha has got too many inefficient ppl who fit for nothing.
I no more live with this faulty product and this is simply dumped into market without proper testing done at the manufacturing front. (This is a new model launched recently)
I NEED THE ENTIRE MONEY REFUNDED.
