Usha Lexus — USHA LEXUS HEAT CONVECTOR FH 812 T failed in 5 day | |||
I have taken USHA LEXUS HEAT CONVECTOR FH 812 T from 22 December 2011 from Reliance digital retail LTD, SHIPRA MALL INDRAPURAM GHAZIAABD cash memo no C2932 . this is having 1 year warranty but what a poor support provided by Reliance digital retail LTD. they made me fool and was not ready to provide service initially and after explain so many thing they took product and sent it to their own service center and took more then 15 days. even after it was not sorted out . at the time of selling product the committed to replace. i made 4-5 rounds of their retail show room and every time they commit but do not sorted issue in time. kind of service provide by them is not satisfactory and and not happy with product service. now product is not working with auto functionality. seems i have wasted my time and money. and now planed no to buy any product from reliance digital and even no any USHA product . when i called USHA lexus customer support they said it will be taken care by Reliance digital retail LTD only and we are not responsible for the same. in future how can I trust Usha name when I bought a brand new heat convector and it did not work in chilling winters what is the fun to invest the money in your brand when I could not use the product in those chilling days and wasted my time and money too. looking for kind response from your side that you will consider my complaint and will give me a solution and replace my product .
