[Resolved]  usha lexus water heater — tank leak

We had already posted this complain on 8-9-2010 in usha lexus water heater company's website and there is no response till now.

We purchased Usha lexus water heater from Rathna fan house with capacity 15Litres last year. There was a problem in the unit recently and hence we called your authorised servce person Aquathermics contact no [protected], 31900001. The service person said that the tank mouth is rusted and there was a leak in it. Cutout and heating coil element was also burnt. He dismantled forcefully and the bolt was broken by him. It happened because of the mouth rust and we request you to take immediate action in this regard.
