Dear Anjana,

Its highly disappointing from your end that after receiving all my cheques you are especially asking me to send you Address proof, Wherein I have already told you I have gotten my cheques on my current address and its unbelievable that you dont have it in your records.

You as a firm are to trouble your customers or to help them????

Informing you once again I have gotten my cheques only interest amount cheques could not be received till date.

I'll apprecaite if you can check who the faulty rather expecting me to arrange address proof again and again.

I have do have almost 30 mail massages wherein I have gotten pathetic response from this company they are working like hell, rather i should say they don't know how to work.They do not have any record updating with them and continuously torturing the customers.

If you may work and are in a position to help me please let me know.

They are not delivering the interest amount cheque to me since long back for my sister and brother and they are fooling us like anything.
