Hello,

My father had invested in UTI children's gift growth fund unit scheme 1986. Now I have received the letter from UTI that I have attained the majority and nobody can act on my behalf. Thus the account shall tranfer to my name.

I need to fill the form they had sent, but somehow I am not sure what to fill in. There is a line at the top of the form to refer the instruction leaf before filling the form, but to my disoppointment, I could not find any instruction leaf.

Please let me know the procedure for filling this form. Also, I want to know if the amount that I will get is taxable or not.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I had purchased CGGF 1986 with 130 units from UTI, Exhibition Road, Jeevandeep Building, PATNA 800 001 on 12/04/1991 in my daughter' s name Shreya. She is now 19 years old.Date of maturity as per the certificate is 28/03/2011. Her date of birth is 28/03/1990. I want to encash the same now.How much will I get? What is the procedure?I amm living in Bangalore now and I want to encash it here. Also I want to know the phone number for the Bangalore office.Please reply at an early date.

I have received a letter from UTI technology services ltd, Navi mumbai-14 requesting me to send the following:
1. Attested copyof the birth certificate of the minor.
2. membership advice/reference of the previous scheme.
3. Proof of residence.
4. enclosed option form duly singed by the natural guardian and attested by the Bank official

Children gift growth plan — Non Cooperation since 2000.

Respected Sir,
I had invested Rs.10000 through cheque no. 700509 dated 22.06.2000 in “Children Gift Growth Plan” scheme . I have not yet received any certificate for the investment made by me .My agent Mr Dilip Kumar Agarwal(Code No:E80422) had even received commission on the above investment .
I have been visiting your Jamshedpur office several times regarding this issue but there’s no response .I had even filed written complaints
which was received at your bistupur office on 14.02.2003 and 20.11.2003 but I have not received any cooperation from your officers at Jamshedpur branch. We had even sent the complaint to your Bombay office . My agent has also put all the efforts he could, to solve the issue but was unable to face the misbehave in your Jamshedpur office regarding this matter.
He want to go for a legal action but I want to solve the matter outside court as far as possible, but your non cooperation could force me to take strict legal actions against this.Please take the matter sincerely.

unit [protected]@10each in the name of monica s. rawal date of investment 6/12/1994 in cash.i do'nt have certificate for such investment .
now i want to know maturity amount and process for the same (Agent's name Mrs. archana jatania 505371)
