Sir I have paid online the annual instalment for Folio No [protected] and the transaction reference no is ULTYA[protected], but I could not get the receipt, but the amount has been debited from bank account, can u take immediate action please ?

I submitted my original RBP policy( folio No.[protected] certificate to update my bank and kyc details afterthat a letter received from karvy hydrabad that unable to updated my policy due to non-tallying my signature .But presently I want to surrender that policy forwhich original certificate is essential as asked by Agartala karvy centre . Hence please help me, what can I do for the same.
