[Resolved]  UTI Mutual Fund — not received dividend warrant

Nonreceipt of cheque sent for revalidation.

Sir,
Kindly refer my request dated 16.01.2008 and 03.04.2008 regarding non receipt of cheque No (K 083374 dtd 07.06.2005) pertaining to my ULIP Membership: No. 72100220. I request that:

1. Since the maturity amount (Rs 108556.73) pertaining to my above said policy is with UTI even as on date(08.04.2008), I may be given interest on the said maturity amount w.e.f date of issue of the cheque (K 083374 dtd 07.06.2005) to till date.

2. Since the revalidated cheque could not reached to me, so in view of past experience the payment (Rs 108556.73 + interest ) may please be made to me through online. A cancelled cheque is enclosed herewith the reminder.

Kindly expedite the matter.

Uti Mutual Fund — Divident Warrent not received

I am holding 1000 units o[censored]TI Mutual Fund (Folio No: [protected]). I have received a cheque of Rs.2500/- (Cheque No: 203115, Dated 05th Aug 2008, Drawn on Axis Bank Ltd) against the dividend paid for financial year 07-08. In the said cheque my saving account No 10546 with Merchant Co-operative Bank, Dhule is mentioned.

I had send back the above mentione divident cheque to your Hydrabad address on 27.08.2008, As saving account with Merchant Co-operative Bank, Dhule was already closed and I am not doing any transaction in this account. So request you to kindly re-issue dividend cheque of Rs.2500/- on my new account No: [protected]-0 with Bank of Maharashtra, Bhusari Colony Branch, Pune.

Also please note that I had already given the above request for changing my account number details in your database last year. Still the same is not been changed in your system. Request you to kindly update your database with my new account No to avoid such type of problems in future.

I have not received any dividend for the amount I have invested by conversion o[censored]S64 Bonds of 2269.464 units. Please enlighten if no dividend is paid in the meantime.

But still thisamount is not credited in my account. Please cheque the account and take the necessary action. My ID is Inv.ID/Folio No/DP/Client ID:[protected].

I am Coplainted to the Bank Manager till they are not taken any action. So please note me to whose mistake is this.
