Thanks for quick response from your end.I had submitted repurchase request along with necessary documents at Patna office o[censored]TI, Fraser Road on 02.03.2011. When I revisited the office on 04.04.2011 and comlained about non-receipt of the maturity amount, I was asked silly questions like when had I deposited the 2008 instalment.But it was revealed later that the wise man at the counter had treated my repurchase request as change in bank details which was apparent from the latest statement showing it on 03.03.2011.Even thereafter, they didnot take corrective action.I visited the office again on 07.04.2011 and submitted repurchase request afresh.

At the outset we thank you for bringing the issue to our notice and sincerely regret for all the inconvenience caused to you. It is always our sincere efforts to resolve the query/complaint received from various sources.
In regard to your case it appears that, the concerned registrar M/s Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. have not received your request for receipt of maturity amount for the said folio o[censored]LIP. We request you to provide us the details as when and where did you submit/send the request to enable us to take up the matter with the concerned office. You may send us the details alongwith your contact no. and email ID at the [protected]@uti.co.in .
