[Resolved]  UTI Pan Card — "Second time" non receipt of the PAN card till date

I have applied for the PAN card on 13 January 2009 for the first time. My Application form no. is "[protected]" and the coupon no. was "[protected]". Unfortunately i did not received any PAN card even after the UTI PAN tracker showing the status "dispatched". I tried a lot to look into the matter and did our best to get any sort of information regarding the whereabouts of the PAN card.

As suggested by the application centre, i submitted a grievance application on 22 April 2009 requesting the change of the address and issue a new PAN card. The CSF Application no. is "[protected]" and the coupon no. is "[protected]". I am finding it really very unfortunate that this time even the UTI PAN tracker is not showing the status till now. It says No Results Found.

I dont know what to do now. Kindly suggest me the right way to get the PAN card back to us. Kindly look into the matter and get our problem solved as soon as possible.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the courier service which you use for the dispatch of the PAN cards. I dont know what to say but they are really very irresponsible. If they cant give the important documents in person to the customer what is the point in sending these by courier services. They just want to get rid of the duties assigned to them as soon as possible.

i applied for Pan card, i got my PAN number but till date i did not my PAN card manually even i have applied for two times. i cant apply again as it is an offence.
