I have my PAN Card under PPC Objection in UTI. It was a typing mistake on the Aadhar Name. Later I could not correct it, because it was not allowing me to. Please clear my PAN Card and send it to me.

For last 10 years I am trying to correct my wrong dob in my pan card. I have applied 3 times since 2011 to uti sl. Since I did not get any result, I recently applied through nsdl for correction of my pan card. But now income tax deptt has put on hold my appln since there are numerous applications. I request utisl to please delete all my previous applns with them so that I can finally get my corrected pan card thru nsdl.

Dear Sir, I have applied for pan card online on 11th april 2015. I got letter from UTI that my father name mismatch between NCC DATA AND APPLICATION DATA. I am Anamika I had applied for pan card a year ago but I never received my pan card though when i checked online I got my pan card number and status was shown delivered, I complained about it in nehru place from where I applied they asked me to fill in for duplicated pan card which I did and again gave the charges but to my amazement it also never reached me, I really need my pan card my pan number is BIBPP3713P in the name of Anamika Prasad I will be really glad if they can send me my pan card I am again ready to pay for any charges

Dear sir,

PAN card was returned undelivered to us and the same was redispatched on 27/12/2011 at your communication address as mentioned in the application but the same was again returned undelivered at our end. Hence you are requested fill CSF (Composite Service Form) with processing fees Rs.94/-. Also submit requisite documents with CSF for changes to be carried out in PAN card.

Subject: Delay in delivery of PAN Card.

An application (no.[protected] for PAN card was submitted to your UTI Jodhpur office on April 20, 2009 by my son Aditya Burman.
About a fortnight ago he received a phone (no.[protected]) from somebody representing “Friendship Courier Services” enquiring about location of our residence so as to deliver the PAN card. Till date neither the card has been delivered nor the courier service is able to give us satisfactory reply.
Since this is an important document, I will highly appreciate of you kindly use your good office to ensure its delivery at the earliest.
The inordinate delay by the courier company reflects their casualness and definitely calls for immediate attentions.
Looking forward to prompt reply.

I have applied for the PAN card on 13 January 2009 for the first time. My Application form no. is "[protected]" and the coupon no. was "[protected]". Unfortunately i did not received any PAN card even after the UTI PAN tracker showing the status "dispatched". I tried a lot to look into the matter and did our best to get any sort of information regarding the whereabouts of the PAN card.

As suggested by the application centre, i submitted a grievance application on 22 April 2009 requesting the change of the address and issue a new PAN card. The CSF Application no. is "[protected]" and the coupon no. is "[protected]". I am finding it really very unfortunate that this time even the UTI PAN tracker is not showing the status till now. It says No Results Found.

I dont know what to do now. Kindly suggest me the right way to get the PAN card back to us. Kindly look into the matter and get our problem solved as soon as possible.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the courier service which you use for the dispatch of the PAN cards. I dont know what to say but they are really very irresponsible. If they cant give the important documents in person to the customer what is the point in sending these by courier services. They just want to get rid of the duties assigned to them as soon as possible.

Anyways, Kindly do our favor. We shall be grateful to you people.
