[Resolved]  UTI Pan Card — Delay in delivery

Subject: Delay in delivery of PAN Card.

An application (no.[protected] for PAN card was submitted to your UTI Jodhpur office on April 20, 2009 by my son Aditya Burman.
About a fortnight ago he received a phone (no.[protected]) from somebody representing “Friendship Courier Services” enquiring about location of our residence so as to deliver the PAN card. Till date neither the card has been delivered nor the courier service is able to give us satisfactory reply.
Since this is an important document, I will highly appreciate of you kindly use your good office to ensure its delivery at the earliest.
The inordinate delay by the courier company reflects their casualness and definitely calls for immediate attentions.
Looking forward to prompt reply.

Sub: issued Pan Card in Borivali Branch
Ref: Pan Card no. AMSPJ7993D


I am very sorry to say but I have not yet received my pan card till now. My application form sr. no. is 180252 and Pan Card no. AMSPJ7993D I have submitted the completed form 49a on 20 Nov. 2009. The site also does show Pan Card details.
So you are requested to post my Pan Card in UTI Pan Services, Borivali (W), Mumbai 400 092.
