[Resolved]  UTI Pan Card — Father's Name Type Mistake

My pan card no is BQUPS3158N . There is a type mistake in my father's name on the pan card. My father's name is BRAJAKISHORE SAHOO. But in my pan car worngly it is typed as BRAJARISHORE SAHOO. So please remove the "R" and place the "K" in that position.

I am in receipt of my pan card, but my date of birth was mistakenly typed as 04.01.1996, but my original date of birth is 10.05.1961. Regarding this I was already applied again to uti on[protected].The Application number is[protected].Till date I never receive any further communication.
Kindly change my date of birth for my PAN No.AAJPR5925J.

My pan card no. is BAKPK9999K . There is a mistake in my date of birth, printed on card is 25/05/1979. But actual my date of birth is 20/05/1979. So pls. currect my date of birth in pan card.
