UTI Pan Card — NAME CHANGED IN PAN CARD

Respected sir/Medum I applied for pan card and my pan card despatched on 20th february, i seen the pan details in online but i found my name is written on the card is "RAVI RAVI KUMAR KIRAN" instead of D.V.RAVI KIRAN, MY PAN NUMBER IS AYUPK - 2028E, kindly arrange to make a correction and send me another card for further purpose. I already writtend / mentioned on the application form NAME TO BE PRINTED ON PAN CARD IS D.V.RAVI KIRAN, its clearly writtend with black ink, please msolve my problem.
