[Resolved] UTI Pan Card — Non Recipt of Corrected Pan Card. | |
Dear Sir, Plese refer to my Pan Card No.AKXPS2123H, , , where i have given for correction of my Date of Birth along with my address change on 8th Feb 08, , the online status shows that it has been despatched by courier on 16th Feb 08, through courier whereas till date i have not receieved. I have tried to lodge my complaint to UTI Mr.Prashant Shenoy, , twice asking for help..and also tried to call their Rajendra Place office, New Delhi by phone...but no response as nobody picks phone and reply mail.. No i have submitted my original Pan card along with my application for correction, , , and that is also gone.. With your forum a seek help to get my pan card. My SSC marks card no 119566, board of secondary education A.P, Please change my name as in my SSC marks card. please consider my requisition.
