UTI Pan Card — PAN CARD undelivered

My PAN card no. AVTPP0891N is not delivered by Post Office Nehru Gram, Dehradun - 248001. Article no. is EA[protected]IN. Currently the article has been sent back to Konkan Bhavan S.O.

How can I get my Pan card delivered again at the same address.

Please deliver my pan card at the same address.
