As per my above policy, the date of maturity is 03/12/2009 but it is sorry to inform you that till date I have not received maturity amount with bonus which may kindly be expedited for payment at earliest.

Dear Sir,
This is not related to above complaint but its my own case.My membership no. is UL[protected]. This policy has matured on 25.1.2011. I am in dire need of money and therefore request you to kindly make the payment at the earliest possible. I am sorry, I am not finding the e-mail address to address this problem.My address is as given below:
U.C.Tewari, House No.I/210, Phoolbagh, Pantnagar, U.S.Nagar(UK).My previous address was v/1516 Ta Colony, Pantnagar.
