In this regard we wish to inform you that your request submitted for maturity proceeds on 21/2/2011 processed under objection for the reason 'Investment Proof and a Photo ID proof not submitted'. The letter to that effect has been issued by the registrar M/s Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd.. You may have received the letter by now. You are requested to re-submit the documents after clearing the objection.
Please submit the following documents alongwith the documents already submitted by you:
1)Original Unit Certificate o[censored]LIP OR a Statement of Account pertaining to the years before 2007. OR acknowledgement copies for submission of last 2 renewal contributions
2)A self attested copy of any one document of the following
PAN card copyNeed not be insisted in case of Micro –SIP/Micro- pension and Sikkim residents)/ Photo ration card/Voter Identity card
Driving license/ Govt. /Defence Identification card/Passport
Photo Debit Card /Senior Citizen/Freedom fighter ID card issued by Government.
On receipt of the documents needful will be done.
