i have applied for pan card on 21.01.2010 and have been alloted pan no.BMUPK0764N.
on checking the status of pan card on the site, it displays that the pan card has been delivered. but in fact it has not yet been delivered to me.

i, therefore, request u to take the matter into your kind consideration.
