[Resolved] Uttar Pradesh Technical University — Final degree not received

HI All,

I passed out UPTU B.Tech IT in the year 2007 and I ahve all my mark sheets and provisional certificate. Its been 4 years even after repeated follow up i havent recieved my degree certificate. Its like playing with my career. I am on the verge of loosing a overseas opportunity because of this. I am going to file a court case against against following people and also needs media support . They can contact me anytime. (its not to gain publicity but i want to highlight that what does common people suffer in india even after completing more than 50 years of independence)

Dear Sir,

I passed out in 2008 from UPTU university.
My roll no.[protected] Enrollment no.[protected].

I have not received my B.tech (Bio Tech.) degree. I had contacted college (Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut)many times, however they replay that degree has not been received from University. I also contacted university VC and Additional Examination Controller, university asked to provide letter from college stating that the college has not received degree. I provided same to the university and duly signed by Vice chancellor. As per university i have to contact college to collect my degree. these all involved Time and money, University and college both are playing ping pong game and passed 4 and half years.

My brother is also suffering with negligence (roll no.[protected])

Now its high time, Please provide degree urgently and help me to avoid taking some legal action

times, however they replay that degree has not been received from
University. I also contacted university VC and Additional Examination
Controller, university asked to provide letter from college stating that
the college has not received degree. I provided same to the university
and duly signed by Vice chancellor. As per university i have to contact
college to collect my degree. these all involved Time and money,
