[Resolved] Vasanth And Co — Sales man is a cheater in Vasanth & Co | |||
I purchased Sansui LCD TV from Vasanth & Co which is in Chennai near to Adyar terminal. At the time of purchasing their sales man named Aasif told that this tv support each and every feature.We asked for USB testing, he told dont worry everything will work. When we came at home and checked video from USB is not coming in the list and mp3 files and images files are coming. When I called to the dealer and talk to Aasif (sales man) he told no sir video will not support in this video. Then I visited that dealer's shop and I discussed with him and he told that at the time of purchasing I told that video will not support in this tv. But the reality is that he did not told about this other wise i could have select another brand or model. This is nothing else but a cheating. Mobile no. of that , rascle, sales man Asif is - [protected] He is a cheater and also manager of that showroom is not listening a single word. Everyone there in Vasanth & Co is a cheater. I was cheated by a salesman from Vasanth & Co while purchasing a TV. Vasanth &co — Cheating by salesman
Sir, I was one among the cheated by your sales man sakthivel, Madurai, 162, south masi street. Please help me. I bought a Voltas AC. I was about to order 3, when we got the 1st one. The gas leakage problem was not fixed in time and I worried about the service quality so I switched to Carrier 1.5ton Split AC. I went to shop to pay the remaining amount and get the bill. But the sales man replied that stock was not available and asked me to come by monday. when I went on monday(04/may/2009) he said free installation offer is not available after 30th april and asked me to pay extra 1400Rs which I rejected and asked him to cancel the bill or provide the installation free as he committed.
