agree.they threaten customers as it is Vasanth N Cos company. He has a rowdy background so yeah his staffs follow him as directed by him.

Greetings!!! Till yesterday We have very good hope and even thought Our lucky shopping center.We regularly buying Washing Machine, Fridge, A/c etc.., in Our Vasanth & co only.Also we told/motivate our friendly/neibhour circle to buy in our Vasanth & Co.

Our Bill No:[protected]. On April 15th from Vasanth & Co.Thanjavur Branch thru Mr.Thiagu, we paid 500 rs as a advance and order for a Voltas Gold 1.0 ton A/c and deliver in chennai-Saidapet.And 25th april we order for the same A/c, But mr.Thiagu told that Voltas Gold item is not available, so we asked him which is available and finalised Voltas Split A/c 1.5 ton Silver(3S).We finalised because of the availability and promised by Mr.Thiagu to deliver from Vasanth & Co- Saidapet Branch.So we booked the train ticket(Only for this work/Task) from Thanjavur and contact your Saidapet Branch on April 27 th.There Mr.Selva Raju told that Our ordered VoltasA/C is not available and also his(Selva Raju) way of speaking is so weird/unhappy(Better to send him coaching Class to "How to tackle the Customer").He still told to contact tomorrow.So 28 th April we gone to your Saidapet Branch and met Mr.Selva Raju, he told that still the item has not yet arrived.Then we asked(Kindly note surely not with anger because we paid the money in thanjavur and even we discussing with Mr.Thiagu, he replying politely) MR.selvaraju, for this work only we come from thanjavur, for that he told in LOUD VOICE"what we are going to do your item if available here and will inform us once he received the item. Than we ask Mr.Mari(saidapet Branch) to claim a report, he informed the your claim/report Office address.We report to Mr.Subramnaiam(Mbl No;[protected]) really a nice person and even this is not his problem and asked us sorry for the problem caused.We told him kindly arrange the A/c item as soon as possible. He told today (28th april) and gave his mobile Number and told us to handover the xerox copy of Bill details to Mr.Mari, we submit the xerox bill.So evening 6 0 clock we called Mr.Subramaniam.he told that he informed saidapet branch.

And 7 0 clock we called Mr.Thiagu(Thanjavur branch), he told that this item is coming from north India and that'why it is getting late. And finally we asked him that to deliver the A/c by tomorrow(29 th April) with installation(Because we booked the train ticket), if not kindly cancel our order, he approved and promised to fix our ordered A/c by tomorrow without fail.

2)We are not sitting ideally to send this message.
3)We are sending this to you may be this type of MISBEHAVIOUR, ACTION is not known by the Head of the department.

Vasanth & Co - Vellachery Branch

I purchased several items from this branch worth Rs.98, 000.00.All items were delivered next day.The AC unit installers from LG arrived and opened the box only to find that it is used A/C could have been used for more than a year, even a dead bee was sticking to the A/C unit with full of dust and dirt inside and outside. The branch replaced the indoor unit next day and another team from LG came to install.
This time the indoor and outdoor units do not match. After three days a new unit was replaced after almost 100 calls to the branch.

Then comes the story of the washing machine.The installer from IFB arrived to install the WM and he opened the box.The IFB machine was damaged in the bottom and he could not install the mesh.When I called the branch this arrogrant person named Mr.Sekhar answered the phone and he was very disresptful to me.

Then I called several time to the corporate office to discuss this issue.First this the ladies in the reception do not pick-up the phone after 10 calls they picked up and said the manager is on vacation call tomorrow.I was frustrated.I rang up again they connected me to one Mr.Michael, he helped a bit and a new A/C unit and Washing machine unit were delivered the same day.

Now comes the Fridge, I ordered a brand new fridge and a stand. They delivered a Maroon colour fridge and a blue color stand.Total mismatch.

They gave me a gift box of non stick cookware, when I opened it the pan handle was broken and the broken piece is missing.

I would have made almost 250 calls to the branch and the corporate office till now my money has not been given back, my fridge stand has not been replaced and nobody properly answers the phone.

My recommendation is never buy any item from Vasanth and Co.They are very bad in customer service and they are frauding common people.

I have order one washing machine for the date 13/08/2012 at 11:00 AM, show room promised with me you will received the product before 02:00 PM, but i have not received promised time after i called with show room they informed you received exact 07:00 PM. But we are not received next day i directly went to show room same thing repeating again but still we are not received...

Very good company but service is not much appreciate level.

Vasanth &co — Very very poor for delivering the product

Very Very Poor for Delivering the Product have been order one refrigerator(godrej) from08/10/2012 at Chennai trade center.but i am not received the product till date (15days).

i buyed one bero in vasanth and co purasawalkam branch worth 8000 on 21th jan 2013 today morning they are delivered at home but totally damaged in bero all parts. class brokered and dump in three places and handle damaged and cracks. they are giving lot of yes cubes for damaged products. enginer will come tomorrow if he is free. in big concern delivery is very very poor.

Premier AC stabilizer

Vasanth &co — service delay

Sir, I bought Sun direct DTH with my LCD tv at vasanth&co chengalpattu branch dated 20th april.They are taking 3 days to fit the dish and till they are not activated. whenever i ask them they told repeatedly please wait for some time. please take some favorable action sir. thank you

Fraud, Cheat & burglars

Don't buy annthing from these pigs. I was one among cheated when buying a new AC where at the time of payment they said its a free installation. But later they demanded 1400Rs for installation. Fraud.

I have bought LG 3 STAR Split A/C in Vasanth & Co, North Usman road branch on[protected]. They said that they will deliver the a/c by[protected]. But they did not deliver till now. There was no response when i calling them. I tried their phone number. They cut the call. I was irritated with their poor service.

Vasanth & Co (Tambaram) is one of the worst guys I've ever dealt with. Had a pathetic experience two days back when I purchased an air-conditioner. I certainly won't recommend these guys.

Sub : Complaint against the failure of TV – ONIDA 29” TruSlim for the 4th time – its new brand genuineness? & advise to replace it, as it is under Warranty

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, please note that I bought a TV(29” Onida – TruSlim) from Vasanth&Co, Nanganallur on 18.01.2009 and a warranty period of 2 years given on this TV.

Please note that this TV failed on 09.08.2009 for the 4th time. This TV had failed for 3 times within the first one year period. When it failed for first time-just in 1-1/2 months, I requested to replace the TV itself, but neither Vasanth&Co. nor Onida service center(Kilkattalai) obliged & so other occasions too.

When it failed for 4th time, we registered a complaint (no.[protected]) on 10.08.2009. The Service engineer came on 13.08.2009 and he told he would come back with electronic components to replace the faulty ones. Once again components failure observed as was the previous occasions. But until now 18.08.2009, there is no response or clear date from them on action. Just astonishing to observe a high irresponsive customer service to our repeated telephone calls and personal visits to the Nanganallur shop.

Since a new TV failed again for 4th time in one-and-a-half years, we scrutinize on the genuine nature of TV and feel that the TV itself may not be a NEW one and it was sold to us covering the real truth.

So, it is obvious, a replacement is the only option as the failures cannot be accepted repeatedly for a newly bought material. We do not wish to undergo the mental stress again and again with this kind of non-positive, unrealistic attitude. Hope this is understood.

Ironically, I couldn’t stop my young kids(3 & 12 years) when they goes to other’s house to view TV programs. Our family could not have information/news/entertainment during this period, because Vasanth&Co./Onida service center did not take any action to replace the faulty TV.

We wish to reiterate that this is causing us & undergoing a huge mental turmoil and distress. The irresponsiveness of concerned leads us to spend our valuable time and energy. May we request you to take immediate action at your earliest to set the things to ease and to have good customer service records? I wonder, how’ll I be getting your response/compensation for our valuable time, information and energy losses???

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one 1tr split AC from nanganallur branch on 3rd may 2010, but till now it was not installed, it was being kept ideal in my house. There was no proper response from your staff's over phone and even in personal.

Kindly let me know whether it will be install or not?
