[Resolved]  Vasavi builders, chennai — Unprofessional/ totally confused bunch of people starting with the director

I have booked for Rs.3200 /Sq.feet

Also i have heard from one of my frnds' frnd that for magilam project, because of margin, the builder has urged the buyers to pay Rs.500 per sq.feet more.But they agreed upto Rs.200/Sq.feet only. If this is the case, then think about majestica which was booked for 2250 per sq.feet. I am going to cancel it since i have given only pdc.

Adding to Rajagopals point, Vasavi builders are totally cheating.. They are just collecting money from the new buyers.. They make bid advertisements in property plus & when u start en quiring, they say the availability is only in 4th floor. Pl don't trust them. I paid 15% of booking amount for Vasavi Majestica almost 18 months back... All sales agents will speak with you nicely till they collect the amount.. I[censored] ask about the status, they will say last approval pending with CMDA & they complaint about the govt officers for bribing & not doing the work. They are totally unfit to say these words. I got fully irritated& with the help of a lawyer, i got my money back. My amount is locked for 18 months with out any interest.

Also i got a very bad feedback from one of my collegue who's owning a flat in vasavi Keelkattalai. After fully completing the construction, they took close to 8 months for handover. All the Pre EMI totally wasted.

FINAL WORDS TO SAY.. DO NOT TRUST VSAVI.. ESP DONT TRUST THE FANCY ADVERTISEMENTS... PARAMESHWARAN FROM VASAVI IS REALLY RUDE & ARROGANT WHO WILL NEVER RESPOND ONCE U PAY THE INITIAL AMOUNT..

Is there any one (Whoever booked during soft launch) agreed for additional charges (Ex. EB & infra ). please join the google group & common floor to discuss on this.

Can anyone tell me if they get back the booking amount + the first payment ?
I booked that appartment in June 2009 and from now onwards headache started, very unprofessionnal and cheating attitude. I am living outside India so my phone bill were important and am still waiting for the refund since may 2010.

i recently bought an apartment with vasavi builders their service was courteous and they helped in finding a banker to fund my apartment i found out from them that all their approvals are in place and they have paid the necessary charges to the cmda and they are waiting only for the stamped approval plan which they should be getting any time soon i rechecked with cmda enquiry by sending my dad there who found out that it was true only after that i paid the advance.the work at the site is going on in full swing and they have completed foundation work for 3 blocks already

We have also recently visited site.We could see digging proceess for foundation leavel is going on.Not sure for how many blocks.Markting ppl said that they have got approval.They have told that it will be comeplted by may 2013(only block 2-block 7)Is anyone recently booked??any latest update pls.It would be more useful for us to proceed.

Vasavi is huge fradulent builder they are very behind their schedule. I[censored] want to meet thier directors they wwill not meet u .they have swindled lot of public money by way of booking.
All projects are one way or other complicated legally

I have booked and cancelled but not getting refund for the past 5 months. Vasavi tells 1000 reasons for not refunding the cancellation amount.Only God can save me and get my money back.

I have booked a flat at Magilam promoted by Vasavi Builders they are delaying the handingover by 2 years, when spoke to their project engineer and site engineer they say it will take another 1 year for completion and they are very rude and thje entire site is deserted looking no activity going on. when approached to meet the directors they are sitting in the office and not meeting the customer out of fear and they collected lot of customers money and enjoying hard earned money of customers

I am most dissappointed with handling Vasavi Builders for the past 2 years they say worthless reason for not completing theior Magilam project at pallavaram. Their other projects are also come to a standstill. I was told by their Project Engineer at pallavaram site that it will take 1 year for them to complete the Magilam project and he also asked me to keep this confidentially. It seems they in fianancial doldrums and they have feuds among directors.

Vasavi had informed that they have tie up with LIC Housing finance, HDFC etc.
I am planning to go with LIC Housing finance. Not sure its the right time
for the loan ..?
