Are there any more people on the forum who, like me, have not got possession of their paid-for apartments at Vatika City Gurgaon. Also, Vatika has unilaterally and without remedy to the owner raised the base rate for the said apartments as well as for other variable cost services. This is grossly unfair and inappropriate and given the one-sidedness of the builder contract we can only act if we approach the Competition Commission/courts together, for united we can succeed but divided we'll be cheated.
Pls respond if you're one of the victims of Vatika.
