I had booked a flat in Vatika City Gurgaon in 2006 with the promise of delivery in 24 months.
We are into 2011 now and even now the Ixia block is unfinished . Not even lift is in place in the i block. you will not get anything by sending mails ... put a formal complaint through consumer forum at the earliest. The bigger shock you'll get when you actually get the possession of the flat !!
