LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VATIKA INFOTECH JAIPUR - PLS URGENTLY RESPOND

I have already sent legal notice to vatika for illegal Jaipur relocation and propose the take strong legal action, if need be go to media also. unless we form a large group, the court will not take cognizance of the matter. hence we all need to immediately meet up and join the group collectively.
i have already appointed a Supreme Court lawyer in this case who has sent them notice and we propose to initiate action in all relevant forums and courts immediately
it is our hard earned money and i have also paid huge interest amount on the loan taken, hence we should not be sitting down

We have to engage with press, media and maximum number of invertors /buyers who have invested in VATIKA jAIPUR.
I booked a flat at Coral B-1102, Jaipur 21 with Vatika in the year 2008. Till date, it has not being handed over to me. So, I have asked for a full refund with 18% interest on all monies paid, which I am 100% certain they are not going to do, so, what are the options? Can someone shed some light on various options available to us as consumers which these big builders continue to rob at their will.

They r basically cheats.Also had paid them some cash which they now refuse that they had accepted. Also no late cons. chrges even after 3 yrs delay. Any forum u r aware of ? Should try to find a forum who r already persuing with these matters...
