I booked a plot in Vatika Infotech City, Jaipur in May 2006 & paid 80% cost by installments till Nov. 2007 but till date company has not given plot to me while township is developed & plot is available on site, neither they are refunding my money. They are frauds....

I am booked 300 yd plot in Vatika Infotech City, Jaipur in Feb., 2006 and paid more than 80% amount, but Vatika Group fail to handover the plot as per agreement i.e. one year and not given reply of my email request and not considered my request for compensation for delay of the project.

In 2006, I have booked a plot in Vatika Infotech City Jaipur and till last year made a 75% payment for a 360 square yard plot. I made a payment of Rs.18,50,000 till date.

Now Vatika group has changed the plan and offered a different plot, which they have said, will be delivered to me in 2011. I refused to take the new plot and asked for refund of my paid amount along with interest. They have refused this...

Vatika has started another scam.. They are forcing the legitimate plots owners in their jaipur project to either shift to a new location or give up their plot at 2004/ 2005 prices... All this is happening discretely and without any paper work... They are telephonically informing the customer to accpet or their land ownership will be cancelled... What is most surprising is that this project which started way back in 2004 has stil not handed...

I reside in Sector-17 B Gurgaon. A Hotel Named-WESTIN is upcoming near IFFCO Chauk. I was surprised to see that the Hotel has encroched the Green belt land which was supposed to be for the slip road from Sector-29 to Meharauli Guragaon Road.
