[Resolved]  Vedant Builders, PCMC — Delay in possession

I have purchased a flat in Ganesh Vishwa, PCNDTA Ravet PCMC. Builder Veddant Builders. Builder is delaying in possession since last 6 months. Construction work is really very slow. Even no one is responsible for the scheme, they now even dont have an office at the site. Also, more than 80% of the disbursement has been claimed by the builder to the banks. What can be done, please suggest.

The builder haven't followed any of his commitments till date with me so I would suggest people to be more careful while dealing with Veddant Builders, PCNDTA Ravet PCMC. Take every commitment from him in written and duly signed.

Please suggest what can be done in order to get the possession asap.

Well I don't agree even a bit with the person who have complained above..
Even I have booked a flat in the same appartment and I don't think that as Per the aagreement the builder has delayed the possession.If you can read the agreement properly then it is mentioned therein that the possession will be given after 24 months from date of agreement.
And about the commitments, Sirji please visit other projects going on in that area u wil find the construction quality too inferior than M/s Veddant Builders.
And about the other commitments I think the builder have totally satisfied me..he has helped me financially by giving me some more time for the payments due.
And even I'm suggesting my freinds that i[censored] want to book a flat in ravet area than visit Veddant Builders
it is true even i had purchased a flat in the same scheme.but the real problem lies in non-unity of all o[censored]s. we dont have everybody's nos.
and builder is taking benifit of the same,
"User770229" If you don't know construction of this site has started in Nov 2010, and agreement dates are always over mentioned. They are there to help promoters and builders to have some time in hands.

I don't think a scheme or 30-40 flats, doesn't so much time for construction.

About the quality of the work concerned it is standardize across builders, there's nothing special or incredible this particular builder is offering. Also, please feel free around the flats other than you book to see the so called "QUALITY"

As far as the builder helping you financially it depends on various conditions and person specific.

About the commitments there's no one responsible enough in the team to stay on their words. What the builder is saying and what contractor is on opposite poles.

Whatever it is now have to live with it... lets see how it goes.

Dear Suchit Jain, see i understand and appreciate ur knowlege about laws and ur deep study of the agreement. Will u answer my one question that will u belive the promises made by builder at the time of booking of flat or the nitigities of law after agreement when builder has already taken ur 60 % o[censored]r flat amount. i dont see any point in u taking side of builder. As all the other flat owners know that builder has promised to give possession by Dec 2011 and he has not kept his promise ... also behiviour of his staff is not professional and cultured at all. So instead of teaching law to other please stand by the sufferers and try and ask for possession from builders... one thing is for sure we have got cheated... in the matter of possession and same story is happening in GANESH SHristi
some body hacked or misused my email ID when it was in public domain pls ignore whatever said above it is all rubbish do visit Veddant builder because i myself have introduced three of my friends to the same biulders. somebody has misued my name.
