For that, i have submitted my appeal to B.D.H.C. - MUMBAI and B.D.H.C.-MUMBAI has forwarded it to AIT LEICESTER COURT, ACTUALLY, my appeal was been heard on 09 October 2008 under the judgment of the immgration Judge (Mr.Otten), Mr.Otten has allowed this appeal, and The Determination Promulgated prepared by Mr.Otten On 20 October 2008
And i have received it on 27 October 2008. But i Still not received the Letter of Seal Visa Vignette on the Passport from B..D.H.C.-MUMBAI. Therefor I have raised the query regarding this Letter on 23 March 2009, the Lady Officer has replide me that "we don't have received any kind of Determination Promulgated from AIT so we are unable to provide you any information regarding this Case". So, it is my humbly request to you, kindly sends the Determination Promulgated copy to B.D.H.C.-Mumbai as soon as possile.
Because it's been finished more then Six month to allowed this case.
