VFS Global & British Deputy High Commission Mumbai Complaints & Reviews

I am an international badminton player and wanted an visa for France. I had given invitation letter etc for the same. They asked for additional documents after 3 to 4 days and I gave the same. Due to the delay I could not go for the tournament and had to withdraw, a big loss to me . My passport reached Hyderabad where I had submitted, the vfs person called me up and said I have to collect in person. Why so? I have paid for the courier, so they have to courier me the same. I am from Nagpur and as there is no vfs here, the nearest vfs Hyderabad so I took appointment there. My application number is FRHY/110322/0011/01.

This is very very disappointing and my passport should be couriered to me at the earliest.
